Deputy head of the State Agency for Industrial Safety and Mining Control the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Ismail Nasirov is a graduate of the Faculty of International Law at Baku State University. He obtained his master's degree from the Faculty of Management at Istanbul University. He serves as the national coordinator for the United Nations Convention on the "Transboundary Effects of Industrial Accidents" in the Republic of Azerbaijan.
